I Background information of the workshop

Kathmandu University has been focusing conceptual projects and community development programs through inter-intra departmental projects. The projects implemented are high impact projects with various national and international stakeholders.

Currently, many projects are implemented on the basis of previous experience and inquisitiveness with less proper analytical tools for the conceptual beginning. This workshop is conducted to emphasize on the development of strategic objectives of the project. There are many tools that interlink and results in the formation of these objectives with necessary result and action areas.

Kathmandu University Business Incubation Center is keen to develop such hard and soft skills related to project implementation and inception.

II Time schedule and venue

The daily programme is arranged as follows:

• morning: from 09.30 to 1.00 pm with one coffee/ tea break

• afternoon: from 1.45pm to 3.30 pm with short break if required

Unless you are informed otherwise the sessions will take place at the TTL, Auditorium, Block-8, Kathmandu University
