NOTICE                        

Community Education Project (CEP) expects clearance of all the projects conducted till date. The deadline for clearance is Nov 12, 2014.

Please note the following clearance requirements:

1. Cover letter (for advance clearance) which includes supervisor’s name along with the team members and name of the Department.
3. Authentic bills attached with the cover letter and expense details. If some amount has not been spent, then it should be deposited in KU’s Bank account. The bank voucher of the deposited amount should accompany the expense bills.
4. Hard copy of Final Report. Add the Results (work done including some snapshots of the activities in the field) and Conclusion of the project proposal for the final report.
5. Story of the work done.

All the documents should be submitted to CEP office (Block 08) after getting approval from the respective Supervisors.
