Mr. Choodamani Bhattarai, a scholar of M.Phil. in Mathematics under the Department of Mathematics, School of Science, Kathmandu University has successfully defended his thesis/dissertation entitled ""Exploring Delay Differential Equations: Application to the SEIRA Compartmental Model" on November 7, 2025. Mr. Bhattarai has completed his M.Phil. in Mathematics under the Supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Ganga Ram Phaijoo.

The M.Phil. in Mathematics Seminar (Viva) was evaluated by an Evaluation Committee chaired by the Dean Prof. Dr. Bed Mani Dahal, the Supervisor Asst. Prof. Dr. Ganga Ram Phaijoo, Head of Department Prof. Dr. Rabindra Kayastha, External Examiner Dr. Gauri Bhuju and Dean's Nominee Assoc. Prof. Dr. Samir Shrestha.

The final approval of the M.Phil. in Mathematics degree will be done after the incorporation of the comments and suggestions provided by the Evaluation Committee.
