Academia-Industry Meet was organized by the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (DoEEE), Kathmandu University on 11 August, 2023. Assoc. Prof. Brijesh Adhikary (Assoc. Dean, SoE), delivered the welcome speech in the program. The internship and job placement opportunities for the students of DoEEE were discussed in the program. Discussions was focused to establish meaningful connections between DoEEE and industry to facilitate knowledge exchange, foster collaboration, and pave the way for mutually beneficial collaboration. The representatives from various organizations, NEA, Cosmic Electricals, AEPC, Thee Go motors, Upper Tamakoshi HEP, Jade Consult Pvt. Ltd, Urja Services Nepal, Golyan Group, Nepal Telecom, NCell, Dish Home, Huawei Nepal, ZTE Nepal, Fusemachines Nepal Pvt. Ltd., Civil Aviation Authority, Real Time Solutions, Orion Space Codequant Private Ltd, Tek Vortex and Thakaral one Nepal, participated in the program. Dr. Ram Kaji Budhathoki, HoD, DoEEE thanked all the participants for their presence, and suggestions. Dr. Budhathoki also invited all the participants for the possible collaborations with the department.
