A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the School of Science, Kathmandu University (SoS, KU) and Muktinath Krishi Company Limited (MKCL) on 20th December 2024 at Kathmandu University Dhulikhel. The Dean of School of Science Prof. Dr. Janardan Lamichhane and the Managing Director of MKCL Mr. Bharat Raj Dhakal signed the MoU for capacity building of Agriculture Students through research and development of commercial horticultural crops, biofertilizers and phytohormones, seed production technology, and farm mechanization. The MoU envisaged the agricultural technical support to MKCL, internship and job placement of Agriculture Students for the next 10 years. Department of Agriculture will lead for the proper implementation of MoU between the parties.
