Dr. Rabindra Bista, Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, inaugurated the International Conference on Emerging Trends and Research in Engineering (ICETRE2017) as the hief Guest. In addition, he delivered Keynote Speech in the ICETRE 2017, organized at Navsahyadri Group of Institutes, Faculty of Engineering, Naigaon, Pune, India and it was assisted by A R DIGITECH. The ICETRE2017 was held on 23-25 March 2017.
