A formal program was held at Kathmanu University (KU) Corner, which was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. Ram Kantha Makaju Shrestha, Vice Chancellor, accompanied by Prof. Dr. Bhola Thapa, Registrar, Prof. Dr. Bhupendra Bimal Chhetri, Dean - School of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Sanjay Nath Khanal, Prof. Dr. Janardan Lamichhane, Prof. Dr. Subodh Sharma, Dr. Lochan Rijal, Mr. Bibhu Ratna Tuladhar, Mr. Navendra Poudel, and Treasurer of SWC - Ashok Rimal.

Later that day, musical concert was organized at KU fountain with a huge stage setup providing a platform for amateur to proficient artists attended by around a thousand audiences. The artists included freshmen to final year students and faculty members performing different genres ranging from Traditional Nepali and Aadhunik to Western Contemporary.
