DOCUMENT VERIFICATION AND ADMISSION NOTICE (3rd List Open Merit)
This is to notify that applicants indicated in the attached program-wise document verification and admission lists are selected for document verification and admission in the undergraduate programs of School of Engineering of Kathmandu University. Selected applicants are required to contact concerned department for document verification and admission from September 3 to 4, 2017 between 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Procedure for Document Verification and Admission (Candidates are required to strictly follow the sequence):

Fee for admission in Engineering Programs: NRs. 127,000 (one hundred twenty seven thousand only); Please do not pay the fees before the document verification.
In the event that erroneous information or invalid documents have been provided by the applicant, intentionally or otherwise, the applicant will be rejected and admission offer will be invalidated.
Request for the extension of the deadline will not be considered.
Unfilled seats, if any, will be offered to the alternative candidates. Please follow the KU website for subsequent verification and admission lists.
The bank at KU will be open till 3:00 PM on working days except Friday.
Candidates submitting the withdrawal request until 8 September 2017, 03:00 PM will be entitled to get only 30% admission fee refund (50% of caution money and 30% of rest of the fees). Candidates submitting withdrawal request after 8 September will not be entitled to get any refund.
