DOCUMENT VERIFICATION AND ADMISSION NOTICE
(Admission from Expression of Interest (EoI) on Open Merit Seats)
This is to notify that applicants listed in program-wise document verification and admission lists from Expression of Interest, notified on 07 September 2017, can now proceed with document verification and admission. The lists are available at KU website link below.
Selected applicants are required to contact concerned department for document verification and admission on September 18 and 20 or October 08 and 09, 2017 between 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
Procedure for Document Verification and Admission (Candidates are required to strictly follow the sequence):

Fee for admission in Engineering Programs: NRs. 127,000 (one hundred twenty seven thousand only); Please do not pay the fees before the document verification.
In the event that erroneous information or invalid documents have been provided by the applicant, intentionally or otherwise, the applicant will be rejected and admission offer will be invalidated.
Request for the extension of the deadline will not be considered.
Unfilled seats, if any, will be offered to the waiting list candidates on dates later with notification. Please follow the KU website for subsequent verification and admission lists.
The admission offer is invalid if the candidate is already enrolled or enrolled-and-withdrawn admission, or submitted EoI in multiple numbers in undergraduate programs of School of Science and School of Engineering of Kathmandu University this year.
