Candidates are required to submit the online application form, in addition to CBT registration, to be considered for admission.

Use the login credentials provided during CBT registration to log into the online application system.

Fill up the personal and academic information.

Select up to two academic programs of your preference. Note that you will be offered an admission in at most one program even if you select two programs. If you are interested in only one program, you are advised to select the program of your choice as 1^st preference and leave the 2^nd preference option unselected. 

Partially completed forms can be saved and edited later, however, you will not be able to make any changes once the form is submitted.

Be sure to submit the completed online application form before the deadline.
