Associate Professor Dr. Arjun Kumar Shrestha has published a research article titled 

“Development and Validation of Workplace Spirituality Scale in a South Asian Context” 

in the journal Management and Labour Studies (SAGE Publications).

The study develops and validates a 29-item workplace spirituality (WPS) scale specifically designed for the South Asian context. The scale includes six dimensions: altruism, interpersonal positivity, duty orientation, self-regulation, interconnectedness, and mindfulness, and demonstrates strong reliability and validity.
