Relocation and Maintenance of Valves/ Connections at Turbine Testing Lab

This is to request for calling quotations to carry out some technical works at Turbine Testing Lab within the date of 26^thDec. 2017. 

The activities are attached with this letter.

This work includes following activities:

1.     Relocating the valve and the connection. The current position is shown in picture 1 and picture 2. The new position is shown in picture 3. A new T-joint will be available, which will be connected to the pressure tank. The works will include cutting of the pipe, welding, fabrication of additional flanges and nuts/bolts (if necessary).

2.     Disassembling all the components/equipment/rigs that is currently present at TTL and clearing the TTL floor. Crane is available in the lab.

3.     Installation of the pressure tanks with the new setting as shown in Picture 3.

4.     Maintenance of all the valves present in the lab. These valves are shown in Picture 4. Maintenance works include applying lubrication to the valves, repair any damaged parts and operate all valves.
