Re-joining and Transfer Application Notice

Students intending to re-join regular study from coming academic semester are advised to duly fill the re-joining request form and submit it to the respective department by 15 September 2017.

Further student intending to transfer their enrolment from one program to another (within or across department) are advised to duly fill the transfer form and submit it to the concerned department (where transfer is intended) by . Transfer is only permitted if the transfer does not result in number of students exceeding the approved capacity of the program considering re-joining or repeating students. Department and School policy regarding transfer may restrict transfer from their programs. Further conditions may apply.
