This is with reference to the circular received from Finance Division of Kathmandu University Central Office on dated the 2^nd June 2017, all the Project Staff (Full Time, Part Time, and Contact) are hereby informed to send payment bills / Invoices of FY 2073/074 before July 4^th 2017 (20th Ashar 2074) for payment within the fiscal year from finance division. 

Bills when received after the above mentioned date are not illegible for payment within the fiscal year, and as per the Kathmandu Bishwabidhyalaya Arthik Niyam 2049 parichhyet 8/8.5 page no 16, Advance Settlement must be done within 35 days from the day of completion of activity, and when not done, interest rule applies, as per the pertinent rules and regulations.
