Associate Professor Arjun Kumar Shrestha and Assistant Professor Bhawana Tamrakar, faculty members of the Department of Human Resource and General Management, have published a research paper in the international journal Management Decision.

The paper, titled “Workplace Spirituality and Well-being: Roles of Organizational Justice and Thriving at Work,” examines how workplace spirituality contributes to employees’ well-being and highlights the mediating role of thriving at work and the moderating role of organizational justice.
