On December 1, 2025, Prof. Gajendra Sharma, Faculty, DoCSE gave an invited talk (guest lecture) on 'Smart Governance: Opportunities and Challenges' at Lumbini Technical University's Institute of Engineering and IT in Nepalgunj. Professor Sharma discussed emerging trends in smart governance and potential research topics with LTU graduate students.
