Department of Civil and Geomatics Engineering (DCGE) hosted Associate Prof. Dr. Mehmet ALKAN (Department of Geomatic Engineering, Faculty of Civil Engineering,Yildiz Technical University, Turkey) under Erasmus+ mobility program. During his stay at Kathmandu University (4^th to 8^th September 2017), Dr. ALKAN gave lectures to Master in Land Administration students, on “Temporal GIS for cadastral systems and Land Administration Model (LADM)”.

 Furthermore, he had discussions with academic staffs of the Department on further possibilities of cooperation in teaching and research activities.

The Erasmus+ program has been quite instrumental in connecting DCGE with various European universities for the past few years.
