and Dr. Samir Shrestha from Department of Natural Sciences, School of Science, have been elected, respectively as the Secretary and Member, in the newly formed eleven-member Executive Committee of Nepal Mathematical Society (NMS) led by Prof. Dr. Tanka Nath Dhamala of Tribhuvan University (TU).

Prof. Jha and Dr. Shrestha were elected to the executive posts of NMS in its 37^th Anniversary and General Assembly held on 1 August 2015 at Central Department of Mathematics, TU, Kirtipur, Kathmandu.
