The Department of Artificial Intelligence, School of Engineering, Kathmandu University, organized an Orientation Program for the students of Master of Technology in Artificial Intelligence Batch of 2025 on December 31, 2025.

The program was chaired by Asst. Prof. Amrit Dahal, In-Charge of the Department, who extended a warm and inspiring welcome and a Keynote speech to the newly admitted students, sharing the philosophy, vision, and commitment of Kathmandu University towards advancing Artificial Intelligence through the department.

The orientation session was facilitated by the Graduate Program Facilitator Dr. Yagya Raj Pandey, in the presence of esteemed faculty members and staff, with the participation of all the admitted students of 2025 intake. The program concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Mr. Sandeep Gupta, UNG program coordinator who acknowledged the contributions of the faculty, staff, and organizers, and welcomed the new students to the Department of Artificial Intelligence. Mr. Sandesh Thakuri efficiently facilitated the program as the Master of Ceremony.
