Kathmandu University School of Law (KUSOL) invites sealed quotations from eligible, registered vendors for the Supply, Delivery, and Installation of PVC Heavy-Duty Commercial Flooring for its classrooms at Dhulikhel.

1. Technical Requirements & Quantity

• Required Quantity: 310 Meters (6 Classrooms)
• Price Options: Bidders must mandatory quote separate rates for both thickness options:
• Option 1: 1.5 mm Thickness
• Option 2: 2.0 mm Thickness
• Scope of Work: Includes supply, floor preparation, leveling, SR adhesive application, and border edge-beading installation.

2. Submission & Opening Schedule

• Submission Deadline: June 23, 2026, by 1:00 PM
• Opening Date & Time: June 23, 2026, at 2:30 PM
• Location: KUSOL Administration Office, Dhulikhel

3. Terms & Conditions

1. The quotation must be submitted in a securely sealed envelope clearly marked.
2. Enclose certified copies of Company Registration, VAT/PAN Registration, and recent Tax Clearance Certificates inside the envelope.
3. Bidders must submit a physical sample ( 6" x 6") of the material along with the bid. Bids without samples will be disqualified.
4. Participating vendors or their authorized representatives are invited to attend the opening ceremony at the designated time and venue.
5. KUSOL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.
