Mr. Shrestha and Ms. Joshi Participated in an International Conference

Mr. Sushil Shrestha, Assistant Professor at Department of Computer Science and Engineering (DoCSE) and Ms. Aarya Joshi, undergraduate student of DoCSE, participated and presented their research paper entitled “Role of Knowledge Management in Business Startups” in First International Conference on Social Entrepreneurship Nepal held at Hyatt Regency, Kathmandu, Nepal from June 30 to July 1, 2016.

The paper presents expected, yet unrealized findings from a set of different published works relating to both Knowledge Management (KM) in Organizational settings and Theories on failure and success of start-ups. The purpose of this research is to provide guidelines on how to successfully implement KM techniques and technologies in start-up ventures.

The other team members of this research are Pradip Silwal, Torchi Rokaya and Manish Gautam.

All the members are undergraduate students of DoCSE.

This research work was performed under Mr. Shrestha’s supervision.
