This is to inform all that the PhD Thesis of Mr. Purusottam Kharel, Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, has been kept at the Central Library, Dhulikhel, for a period of two weeks with effect from July 26, 2015.

The thesis is entitled "Effective Framework for e-Government: Nepal Case."
