On 21 November 2017, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was
signed between KU and M.I. Platov South Russian State
Polytechnic University, SRSPU (NPI).
Prof. Dr. Ram Kantha Makaju Shrestha, the Vice Chancellor, represented KU,
and Rector Vladimir Perederiy represented SRSPU (NPI). The MoU signing was facilitated by Prof. Dr. Bhadra
Man Tuladhar, former Registrar of KU.
The MoU targets to establish partnership in the educational and research fields through faculty exchange in
the field of environment, ecology, mathematics and engineering. The MoU also envisions organization of joint workshops
and seminars, exploration of student exchange possibilities and preparation of
joint research proposals for funding from international supporting agencies.
