Prof. Dr. Ram Kantha Makaju Shrestha, Vice Chancellor, Kathmandu University and Mr. Jong Lok Yoon, President, National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA), signed an MoU on 11 May 2016 for a duration of two years.

The MoU intends to provide opportunity in development of ICT by mutual engagement in software development, academic/ research activities, training and capacity building and Startup programs.

Similarly, NIPA is organizing a K-Startup Grand Challenge to accelerate and promote startup in their effort and create linkage with big companies in Korea and other countries.
