MOU between Inha University and Kathmandu University

A memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed between Inha University, South Korea and Kathmandu University on 18^th of June, 2012. The documents were signed by Prof. Byoung S. Ham, director of the Photon Information Processing (PIP) center, Inha University, S. Korea and Prof. Panna Thapa, Dean of School of Science, Kathmandu University at the latter’s office. Head of the department of natural sciences was also present in the program. The agreement will be mainly helpful in promoting the B.Sc. in applied Physics program by providing scholarships to few selected graduates for their higher studies at Inha University in near future. In addition to that the MOU will also open possibilities for research collaboration between the two institutions in the area of applied science and engineering.
