The PhD thesis of Prakash C Bhattarai, a recent PhD completer from School of Education, has been selected for the 2015 Paul T. Begley Award.

The thesis is entitled Ethical Leadership in Nepali Technical and Vocational Education and Training Schools: A Convergent Mixed Methods Study.

The award will be presented by Consortium for the Study of Leadership and Ethics in Education (CSLEE) at its 20th Annual Conference (website:http://sites.psu.edu/cslee20/) to be held at the Nittany Lion Inn in University Park, Pennsylvania from October 15-17, 2015. The Awards ceremony will be held on Friday, October 16.

This award is given annually to a recently completed thesis for its contributions to the field of values, ethics, and leadership in education.
