KUCAT-2013 DOCUMENT VERIFICATION AND ADMISSION NOTICE!

 It is notified that the following applicants of Undergraduate Admission-2013 in the School of Science and School of Engineering at Kathmandu University, have been selected for document verification and admission procedure in the programs as indicated below:

1.     B.E. in Electrical & Electronic Eng. (Communication):  Verification and Admission List

2.     B.E. in Electrical & Electronic Eng.  (Power and Control):  Verification and Admission List

3.     B.E. in Civil Eng.  (Specialization in Hydropower) - Verification and Admission List

4.     B.E. in Computer Eng. - Verification and Admission List

5.     B.E. in Mechanical Eng. - Verification and Admission List

6.     B.E. in Geomatics Eng. - Verification and Admission List   (see additional notice for scholarship)

7.     BTech. in Environmental Engineering - Verification and Admission List

8.     BSc. in Applied Physics - Verification and Admission List

9.     BTech. in Biotechnology - Verification and Admission List

10.  BSc. in Human Biology - Verification and Admission List

11.  Bachelor of Pharmacy - Verification and Admission List

12.  B.Sc. in Environmental Science - Verification and Admission List

13. B.Sc. Computer Science - Verification and Admission List

Selected applicants are required to contact concerned department for Document verification and admission from August 5 to 11, 2013 between 10:30 am to 3:00 pm.

Procedure for Document Verification and Admission:

1.Appear in person in the concerned department with original documents and admit card.

2.Fill up the admission and registration forms. The candidates will be allowed to fill up the forms only after document verification.

3.Pay the required fees to Kathmandu University’s Account at any branch of the following banks:

4. Visit the concerned department with 3 photos (PP-size), proof of payment, copies of the certificates, transcripts, and citizenship certificate. Produce original documents to verify the copies of certificates and transcripts.

NOTES: 

• In the event that erroneous information or invalid documents have been provided by the applicant, intentionally or otherwise, the applicant will be automatically rejected.
• Candidates should complete the admission process by August 11, 2013. Requests for the extension of the deadline will not be considered.
• Unfilled seats, if any, will be offered to the alternative candidates. Please follow the KU website for subsequent verification and admission lists.
