The conference was held in Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of Computer Applications and Management (BVICAM), New Delhi, India, during 16th -18th March 2016.
The research was a joint work of Mr. Chitranjan Prasad Shah, Mr. Kanhaiya Jha and Mr. Sushil Nepal.
