Kathmandu University Boys Hostel invites expression of interest for accommodation at Central Campus, Dhulikhel, Kavre. Only 2nd or 3rd year students from School of Science and Engineering are eligible to apply. 

Please fill the attached form and email to kubh@ku.edu.np before . In the subject line please write exactly EoI accommodation, 2018. In the body of email write your situation explaining why you want to stay in Hostel (not more than 500 words). If you have already requested accommodation in email please come with original documents at the time of interview.

All students MUST appear in interview with your original documents on  or   Interview time is from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm, please book your time to hostel office before interview.

Following are the required documents.
1) Photocopy of admission receipt, or current enrollment letter from respective Dean’s office or Department.
2) Semester GPA sheets
