Faculty members from the HR and General Management Department of the school—Assoc. Prof. Dr. Arjun K. Shrestha, Asst. Prof. Bhawana Tamrakar, and Asst. Prof. Sabina Baniya Chhetri—participated in the 10th International INDAM Conference, held at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), Kolkata Campus, from January 15 to 18, 2025.

Dr. Shrestha and Ms. Tamrakar presented their research paper titled “Does workplace spirituality enhance psychological well-being? Thriving at work as a mediator and organizational justice as a moderator.” Ms. Chhetri presented her paper titled “Engaging Leadership and Work Team Engagement: The Mediating Role of Informal Learning and the Moderating Role of Self-Efficacy.” Both papers were presented during technical sessions focusing on human resource management.The conference provided a platform for academicians and researchers from various institutions to engage in discussions on contemporary management challenges. The participation of the faculty members contributed to the discourse on workplace dynamics and leadership practices, reflecting their academic engagement in the field.
