Failure to register by the given date will result in forfeiture of the seat, and candidates from the waiting list will be invited for admission.

Admission Guidelines for MPhil Programs

1. Login to EMIS

Log in to the EMIS system using the same account you used during the application process.

2. Check Selection Status

If you are selected, an admission notice will be displayed on your EMIS dashboard.

3. Pay Admission Fee

After opening the admission notice, deposit the required fee:

• MPhil Program: NRs. 103,000/-

4. Upload Bank Voucher

Upload the bank deposit voucher in the EMIS system as proof of payment.

5. Admission Confirmation

Your admission will be confirmed after verification by the Accounts Section.

The confirmation status will be:

• Visible on your EMIS dashboard, and

• Sent to your registered email address.
