Electrical and Electronics Project Exhibition (EEPEx) – 2022

The Electrical and Electronics Project Exhibition (EEPEx-2022) was successfully organized by the students of Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (DoEEE) on 15 and 16 September, 2022 at Kathmandu University, Dhulikhel. The EEPEx-2022 was inaugurated by Prof. Maish Pokharel, Dean, School of Engineering and Assoc. Prof. Brijesh Adhikary, Associate Dean, School of Engineering. The inauguration ceremony was started with welcome remarks from Dr. Ram Kaji Budhathoki, Head, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

More than 30 projects were exhibited by Students during EEPEx-2022. The department magazine Encipher was also launched at the EEPEx-2022. Certificates were distributed for Encipher team for their hard work and dedication in the publication of Encipher. Students and faculties from different institutes including Kathmandu University visited the exhibition. Students explained their project ideas and demonstrated the implementation of their project. Visitors provided valuable feedback and suggestions on the project. Robo War was one of the main attraction of EEPEx-2022. Talk Show, Online Circuit Design Competition, Hackathon, AI gaming, Basic Electronics Workshop were some of the events during EEPEx-2022. Speakers from Nepal Telecom, Civil Aviation Authority, Nepal Electricity Authority, Cosmic Electrical Engineering Associates Pvt. Ltd, and Yamaha Nepal presented on the topic “Opportunities and Challenges for Electrical and Electronics Engineers in Nepal”.

Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering appreciates the hard work and continuous effort of all the faculties, staffs and students in the successful completion of EEPEx-2022.
