Dr. Purusottam Kharel and Dr. Manish Pokharel with the team of experts (Mr. Cavin Sin from NSDevil, South Korea, and Mr. Jonghun Kim from TPC at National Research Foundation of South Korea) jointly published  a research work in The IIER Research Journal.

The title of research work is “U-Government Model Techniques Implementation in Government School on Ubiquitous Learning Environment: CASE NEPAL.”
