Lakes which are under threat of elemental pollutants from atmospheric
long range transport and rapid urbanization in the South Asian regions.
The focus of the article is on health risk assessment of potentially
toxic trace elements and mercury on the two Himalayan lakes, Gosainkunda
and Phewa.
