Signs MoU with NTA
On 7
February 2014, the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (DoEEE)
signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Nepal Telecommunication
Authority (NTA). The purpose of this MoU is to establish partnership between
the two institutions to conduct study and research in the development of the
telecommunication sector.
NTA
will provide financial support to the DoEEE for study and research on
development of Telecommunications/ICTs. The support will come in the form of an
award for Graduate and Undergraduate students after completion of their Project
Work and/or Theses/Dissertations.
Mr.
Brajesh Mishra, Assistant Professor, DoEEE, and Mr. Bijay Kumar Roy, Deputy
Director, NTA, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations.
