DOCUMENT VERIFICATION AND ADMISSION NOTICE FOR QUOTA

It is notified that the following applicants of Undergraduate Admission-2026 in the School of Engineering at Kathmandu University are selected for document verification and admission in the programs as the attached document below.

Admission Schedule:

Date: August 19 to August 20, 2026

Time: 09:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Venue: Block No. 10, School of Engineering, Kathmandu University, Dhulikhel

Procedures for Document Verification and Admission:

1. Appear in person (with parents/guardians as far as possible) at the admission office
2. Recent PP size photos (2 copies)
3.  Bring original documents 
   1. Citizenship
   2. Admit Card of KU-CBT Exam 
   3. SEE Document

    • Character Certificate
    • Degree Certificate         

               d. +2/Equivalent ( A level, IB level, Diploma)

• • 11&12-mark sheets
  • Transcript 
  • Character certificate
  • Original Migration certificate

4. Two copies of each document in number 3.

5. Get your documents verified by authorized personnel at the admission desk.
