DOCUMENT VERIFICATION AND ADMISSION NOTICE
This is to notifythat applicants indicated in the attached program-wise document verification and admission lists are selected for document verification and admission in the undergraduate programs of School of Engineering of Kathmandu University. Selected applicants are required to contact concerned department for document verification and admission from August 20 to 25, 2017 between 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Procedure for Document Verification and Admission (Candidates are required to strictly follow the sequence):

Fee for admission in Engineering Programs: NRs. 127,000 (one hundred twenty seven thousand only); Please do not pay the fees before the document verification.
In the event that erroneous information or invalid documents have been provided by the applicant, intentionally or otherwise, the applicant will be rejected and admission offer will be invalidated.
Request for the extension of the deadline will not be considered.
Unfilled seats, if any, will be offered to the alternative candidates. Please follow the KU website for subsequent verification and admission lists.
The bank at KU will be open till 3:00 PM on working days except Friday.
Candidates willing to withdraw from the programs, with 70% admission fee (50% of caution money and 70% of rest of the fees) refund after admission, are required to submit the withdrawal admissionwith consent of guardian by September 1, 2017, 03:00 PM; Candidates submitting the withdrawal request after 1 September until 8 September 2017, 03:00 PM will be entitled to get only 30% admission fee refund (50% of caution money and 30% of rest of the fees). Candidates submitting withdrawal request after 8 September will not be entitled to get any refund.
