a. Have minimum of ten years experience in the relevant field. 

b. Be a Member of International Association of Travel Agents (IATA) as well as Nepal Association of  Travel Agents (NATA). 

c. Be fully equipped with the knowledge in travel field having worldwide network. 

d. Have modern computerized ticketing system and have ability of issuing tickets for the maximum number of airlines including domestic airlines. 

e. Get the authorization certificate from the Nepal Rastra Bank to accept payment in Foreign Currency.
