Kathmandu University is installing water filtration plant for swimming pool at central campus Dhulikhel.

In this regards, we would like to call expression of interest (EOI) from local companies for the design, installation and commission of the filtration plant with best available resources and technology as per technical specification below.

Interested applicant should provide technical and financial details of the system along with EOI, within 7 days from the date of published in KU website.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

Volume of Swimming Pool: 15,00,000 liter

Sand filter with side mounted multi-portselector valve, pressure gauge and backwash sight glass with filtrationmedia (Diameter of sand filter and side mount and flow rate of filtration media should be enough for volume of swimming pool)

Self-priming circulation pump with built-in hair &lint strainer, close-coupled to electrical motor.

Chlorination or other suitable mechanism for microorganism.
