Call for Application in Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) & Doctorate of Pharmacy, (PharmD) Post Baccalaureate - 2014
Who can apply?
Candidates with BPharm or equivalent degree with minimum CGPA of 2.5.
Specialization Areas:
MPharm (Industrial Pharmacy)
PharmD (Post Baccalaureate)
Course Duration:
The duration for the regular course of MPharm (Industrial Pharmacy) is two years and that of PharmD (Post Baccalaureate) is three years.
Seats:
MPharm (Industrial Pharmacy): 10 (from the merit list of entrance exam) + 4 (corporate seats for the pharmaceutical companies/ institutions having MoU with KU)
PharmD (Post Baccalaureate): 10 maximum
Note: If the admitted student number is less than 60%, department may not run above programs in that year.
Application Form Distribution:
Application Forms can be collected from Department of Pharmacy, Kathmandu University, Dhulikhel, Kavre, Nepal from 03 August 2014 in between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm during working days.
Last date for submitting forms:
15 August 2014
Application fee:
NRs 1000 to be deposited in KU bank account at Nepal Investment Bank Ltd, Kathmandu University, Dhulkhel.
Entrance Exam and Interview:
Entrance Exam will be held as per following schedule:
Result will be published in KU home page on 20 August
2014
