Bodhi: An Interdisciplinary Journal invites articles for its forthcoming issue – Vol. 10, No. 2.

Bodhi is an annual, bi-lingual (English and Nepali) publication by the Department of Languages and Mass Communication, School of Arts, Kathmandu University. It publishes academic contributions of original work on, and translations of, any aspect of Arts and Social Sciences from inter/multi-disciplinary perspectives. Research articles on Humanities that includes languages, media, communication, and journalism are encouraged.
Submission Guidelines:
- The minimum word length is 3000, and the maximum is 5,000 (excluding references); the word limit may be compromised for invited articles.
- Specify the name and designation of the authors and co-authors. Include contact details.
- All submissions should include a title, abstract, keywords, and references. Keep the following (conventional structure of a Research Paper) in mind: Abstract, Introduction, Literature Review, Method/s (How), Results (what/findings), Discussion (interpretation/analysis), Conclusion/Recommendation, Reflections (if any), and List of References (Work Cited)(Authors are advised to read some of the previously published articles in Bodhi.)
- Type in MS Word, Time New Roman Font of 12 points, the format in 1.5 space. Number the pages in the bottom right corner.
- Number the Tables, Photographs, and Plates. Submit the visual high-resolution photographs separately; visuals should be only in black and white.
- Articles should be original and unpublished; all contributions will be peer reviewed and checked for plagiarism.
- Submit the article to bodhi@ku.edu.np as an email softcopy (create a word file named as the proposed title of the article followed by the author/s’ last name) which will be coded for anonymity, later.
Declaration:
The editorial team has the right to reject submissions on grounds of already published work, substandard writing and poor quality of research work. The author(s) will be responsible, in case of any error due to oversight or carelessness. All articles should follow the guidelines of ethics in research.
