Assistant Professor Bhawana Tamrakar presented a paper titled “Role of Workplace Spirituality and Public Service Motivation on Public Service Employee Ethical Behavior: A Mulitlevel Investigation” at the Behavioral Science in Management organized by NSE Centre for Behavioral Science in Finance, Economics and Marketing (NSE-CBS) at the India Management Research Conference 2025 during December 05 – 07, 2025 at the Indian Institute of Management Ahemdabad, India. The paper was co-authored by Assistant Prof. Tamrakar and Associate Professor Dr. Arjun Kumar Shrestha.
