ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION

For admission into the MSc ENR program, the general requirement is 4 years of studiesafter twelve years of schooling or equivalent level. For candidates with 3 years of Bachelor’s degree, one semester of Bridge Course is required to join in with regular intakes of B.Sc. (Hons) in Environmental Science.Admission to MSc ENR is based on academic promise of applicants as indicated in their academic records, statement of objectives, recommendations, scores on entrance test, proposal for the Master’s Thesis and personal interview.  Priority will be given to qualified female candidates andcandidates from marginalized groups and remote districts.

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS

Application forms are available at theuniversity's administration office, School of Science, Block 06, Dhulikhel, Kavre, or on-line at the Kathmandu University, School of Science, Department of Environmental Science & Engineering website (Graduate Application Form). Submit completed application form with application fee of Rs. 1250deposited to Kathmandu University Accounts maintained at the Nepal Investment Bank Limited, Banepa Branch, along with photocopies of previous academic and citizenship certificates to the department office at Dhulikhel, Kavre.

Last date of submission of application is Friday,04September 2015,and Entrance Test will be held on Monday 07, September 2015.

Only short listed candidates will be informed for an interview onThursday, 10 September 2015.
