Applicants who submit the form manually should visit KUSOM with the following documents.

1. SLC/SEE mark sheet
2. Plus two mark sheets/transcript
3. Bachelor mark sheet/transcript
4. Bachelor up to the previous semester/year mark sheet (only applicable for result-waiting applicants)
5. Admit Card of Bachelor final semester/year board exam (only applicable for result-waiting applicants)
6. Bank Voucher ( Bank Details: Nepal Investment Bank Ltd., Account Name: KU-School of Management, Account No: 00501030255554, Branch: Banepa)
7. Admission processing fee Rs. 1500/- (not refundable)
