DOCUMENT VERIFICATION AND ADMISSION NOTICE

This is to notify that applicants indicated below are selected for document verification and admission in the undergraduate programs of School of Science and School of Engineering of Kathmandu University under Quota as Recommended by the Management Services Division of KU. Selected applicants are required to contact concerned department for document verification and admission from September 26 to 27, 2016 between 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Procedure for Document Verification and Admission (Candidates are required to strictly follow the sequence):

1. Appear in person in the concerned department with original documents (with copies) and admit card; get the documents verified.

2. Complete the admission and registration forms.

3. Pay the required fees to Kathmandu University’s Account at any branch of the following banks:

Nepal Investment Bank Ltd. (NIBL): A/C No.: 00501030250009

Nabil Bank Account No.: 0110010955102

Machhapuchchhre Bank Ltd Account No.: 2022524044147028

Fee for admission in Engineering or Pharmacy Program: NRs. 118,000 (one hundred eighteen thousand only). Do not pay the fees before the document verification.

4. Submit the concerned department 3 recent photos (PP-size), proof/voucher of payment, copies of the academic certificates, transcripts, and citizenship certificate.

NOTES:

• In the event that erroneous information or invalid documents have been provided by the applicant, intentionally or otherwise, the applicant will be automatically rejected.

• Candidates should complete the admission process by September 27, 2016. Request for the extension of the deadline will not be considered.

• The bank at KU will be open till 3:00 PM on working days except Friday.
