"90th Senate Meeting" of Kathmandu University was held on July 13, 2021, at Senate Hall, CV Raman Auditorium, Kathmandu University, Dhulikhel under the chairmanship of Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Bhola Thapa.

Following proposals submitted by the Member-Secretary and university's Registrar Prof. Dr. Subodh Sharma was discussed and approved:

1. Annual Activities Progress Report of F.Y. 2077/078
2. Annual activities of F.Y. 2078/079 and expected budget of 2 arab 38 crore 54 lakhs
3. Assignment and remuneration of Auditor for audit review of F.Y. 2077/078
