Invitation to the 3rd Tejshree Memorial National Moot Court Competition

It is our pleasure to invite your esteemed institution to participate in the 3rd Tejshree Memorial National Moot Court Competition on International Humanitarian Law, organized by the Debating and Mooting Society of Kathmandu University School of Law, in collaboration with the Bhaskar-Tejshree Memorial Foundation. The competition will be held on 24 and 25 January 2026 at Kathmandu University School of Law, Dhulikhel, Kavre.

Following the resounding success of the previous editions—which brought together exceptional teams from across Nepal and facilitated meaningful dialogue on issues relating to sexual violence in International Humanitarian Law—we are honored to once again continue Ms. Tejshree Thapa’s legacy in advancing justice for victims of war crimes and crimes against humanity.

We cordially invite your institution to register for this year’s edition!

The registration deadline is 27 December 2025 (10:00 PM NST). Upon registration, all subsequent details will be communicated to the team’s official or designated email address.
