Research Project Staff are hereby informed, with reference to the
circulation received from Procurement Section on dated the 10 Nov 2016
to this office, to refer page no. 103 of the Accounting Manual Form 7-3
as a Requisition for the purchase of any items. Previously practiced
Purchase Requisition Form (माग फारम) is no more in use. Link is provided
