Mr. Ishwar Subedi, Food Technologist at Department of Food Technology and Quality Control (Government of Nepal), successfully defended his PhD dissertation and research entitled "Functional and Bioactive Ingredients of Native Plant Chiraito (Swertia chirayita) and It’s Application in Food " on 23rd July 2020. He had done research under supervision of Prof. Dr. Tika Bahadur Karki, a professor (Rt) at Department of Biotechnology, School of Science (KU).
