Assistant professor at department of computer science and engineering, Kathmandu University with over 10 years of experience specializing in IT education, research, and smart system development. I have a good experience in deep learning and machine learning technologies for real-world problem solving at the research and development levels. My greatest strength in multimedia information processing and affective computing using supervised, self-supervised, and unsupervised methods. Indeed I have best experience on deep learning application for medical, aerial, and vegetable images. I developed some neural network optimization techniques for multimodal information fusion and high dimensional data processing. I am jointly working with Artificial Intelligence research laboratory under Jeonbuk National University of South Korea and Deep AI Nepal research group under Guru Technology of Nepal for AI technology development.
My research research interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning using deep learning technology for audio, video, image, text, Bio-informatics and medical data like EEG signal, MIR images and CT images. Recently I am working on multimodal representation, graph neural network, representation learning and self-supervision.
